Bend each arch at corner pats. Center corner pat of each full arch is top point. Bend each arch to the same shape and each full
arch a width to fit topper base. Use fabric stiffener to stiffen all pieces, shaping them and letting dry on a plastic covered
surface. Trim off excess wire ends. Use glue gun to glue bottom end of half arch between 2 shells on base edge. Bend one full
arch at top point to a 90 degree angle. Glue bottom ends of bent arch to base and 2 shells apart from half arch. Glue flat full
arch to base and 2 shells apart. Glue tops of arches together.
Glue a small ribbon bow to center of base. Glue a pearl spray inside each bell. Glue bells in place on bow, gluing tops of bells to
half arch at center back. Make 2 ribbon bows and glue between tops of arches.
