Marigold Motif Napkin Ring
Materials: Knit Cro Sheen Small Amts Yellow & White
Steel Crochet Hook Size 9 or 1.00 mm
Finished Size Approximately 2” Diameter
Gauge: Each motif is about 2” in diameter
Motif:
With white, ch 6 and join with sl st to form a ring.
Rnd 1: Ch 5 for first dc and ch 2, (dc in ring, ch 2) 7 times, join with sl st to 3rd ch of
starting ch-5.
Rnd 2: Sl st in next ch-2, ch 4 for first tr, retaining last loop of each st on hook, work 4 tr in
same space, yo and through all loops on hook (starting cluster completed), ch 5, *
retaining last loop of each st on hook, work 5 tr in next ch-2, yo and through all loops on
hook (cluster completed), ch 5, repeat from * around, join with sl st in tip of first cluster--8
clusters. Cut white.
Rnd 3: Join yellow in any ch-5 loop, * work 5 sc over ch-5 loop, ch 1. Rep from * around,
join with sl st.
Rnd 4: * Work 1 sc in each of the first 3 sc, ch 4, sl st 4th ch into first ch (picot made); rep
from * around, join and fasten off.
Finishing:
Ring: With yellow, ch 25. Work 1 tr in 4th ch from hook and in each ch along. Fasten off.
Sew ring to either side of flower motif.
