Lid Cover:
Note: String 10 beads onto pink crochet cotton, push back until
needed.
Rnd 1: With crochet hook and pink, ch 4, join in beg ch to form ring.
Ch 3, 15 dc in ring, join in 3rd ch of beg ch-3. (16 dc)
Rnd 2: Ch 3, dc in same st, 2 dc in each st around, join in 3rd ch of
beg ch-3. (32 dc)
Rnd 3: Ch 3, dc in same st, dc in next st, (2 dc in next st, dc in next st)

Heart:
Make 10
With crochet hook and burgundy ch 4, join in beg ch to form ring, (ch
2, 2 dc, tr, 4 dc, ch 2, 4 dc, tr, 2 dc, ch 2, sl st) in ring. Fasten off.
Glue 1 bead to center of each heart.
Glue 1 heart to center of each ch-11 on lid cover.
Rose:
Rnd 1: With crochet hook and burgundy, ch 4, join in beg ch to form
ring, ch 3, 9 dc in ring, join in 3rd ch of beg ch-3. (10 dc)
Rnd 2: Ch 1, sc in each st around, join in beg sc. (10 sc)
Rnd 3: Ch 1, sc in first st, ch 3, sk next st, (sc in next st, ch 3, sk next
st) around, join in beg sc. (5 sc, 5 ch sps)
Rnd 4: Ch 1, (sc, 6 dc, sc) in each ch around, do not join. (5 petals)
Rnd 5: Ch 1, (sc in ch-3 sp of rnd 3 between 3rd and 4th dc of next
petal, ch 5) around, join in beg sc. (5 ch sps)

Leaf:
Make 5
With crochet hook and green, ch 6, sl st in 2nd ch from hook, sc in
next ch, dc in each of last 3 chs. Fasten off.
Glue bottom of leaves between petals of rose on back side.
Going over 2 sts, under 2 sts, weave 1/4" ribbon through sts of row 7,
tie ribbon ends into a bow.
Place cover on jar lid.
Gift Tag:
Notes: Cut 1 ½" heart from card stock. Evenly space holes around
with hole punch. Write name on heart with gel pen.
With crochet hook and burgundy, join with sc in 1 hole, (sc, ch 2, 2 sc)
in same hole, (2 sc, ch 2, 2 dc) in each hole around, join in beg sc.
Fasten off.
Weave 1/8" ribbon through holes on heart and tie ends into a bow at
center top. Glue 1 bead to center of bow.
With burgundy, tie gift tag to lid cover as shown in pic.
