Finished Size Approximately 14” Diameter
Gauge: Rnds 1-3 = 3 ½”
Striped Sequence: 3 rnds colour A, 3 rnds colour B, 3 rnds colour A, 4 rnds colour B
Front:
With colour A ch 4, join with sl st to form a ring.
Rnd 1: (right side): Ch 3 (counts as first dc, now and throughout), 9 dc in ring; join with sl
st to first dc (now and throughout): 10 dc.
Rnd 2: Ch 3, work front post tr (fptr) around post of same st, * dc in next dc, work fptr
around post of same dc; repeat from * around; join: 20 sts.
Rnd 3: Ch 3, dc in next fptr, work fptr around post of same fptr, * dc in next dc and in next
fptr, work fptr around post of same fptr; repeat from * around; join, finish off: 30 sts.
Rnd 4: With right side facing, join new colour with sl st in first dc; ch 3, dc in next dc and in
next fptr, work fptr around post of same fptr, * dc in next 2 dc and in next fptr, work fptr
around post of same fptr; repeat from * around; join: 40 sts.
