Materials: Knitting Worsted Yarn 1 - 3.5 oz Skein each Lavender, Pink, White
30” each of 3/8” Wide Satin Ribbon in Pink & Red
Crochet Hook Size H or 5.00 mm
Pillow Form 11”
Finished Size Approximately 12” Square
Gauge: 3 st = 1”
Front:
With pink, ch 9. Join with sl st to form a ring.
Rnd 1: Ch 3 for first dc, work * 2 dc in ring, ch 1, in ring work (3 dc, ch 1) 3 times, join to
starting ch.
Rnd 2: * Dc in each dc, in ch-1 sp work 2 dc, ch 1, 3 dc, rep from * . Join to starting ch,
break off.
Rnd 3: Join white in any ch-1 sp, ch 3 for first dc, in same sp work dc, ch 1, 3 dc, * dc in
each dc across, in next ch-1 sp work 2 dc, ch 1, 3 dc, rep from * around, join. Break off.
Rnds 4-5: Join lavender and rep rnd 3. Break off.
Rnd 6: Join white and rep rnd 3. Break off.
Rnds 7-8: Join pink and rep rnd 3. Break off.
Rnd 9: Join white and rep rnd 3. Break off.
Back:
Work same as front.
Rnd 10: Join lavender in any ch-1 sp, and working with wrong sides facing and with both
sides tog, ch 1 for first sc, in same sp work sc, sc in each st around, working 2 sc in each
corner. Work 3 sides around, insert pillow form and complete other side.
Rnd 11: Sc in first 2 st, work * hdc, dc in next st, ch 2, in next st work dc, hdc, then sc in
next 2 st, rep from * around, join to first sc.
Finishing:
Cut each ribbon into 2 pieces to measure diagonally across pillow. With pink ribbon,
weave through each ch-1 corner sp from corner to corner on front and back. Tie ends tog
in a bow on front only. With red ribbon do the same from the other diagonal crossing the
pink ribbon under the center circle.
